Delivery Process
1) Pre-Arrival Delivery
Your rented mobility equipment will be delivered to the hotel front desk prior to your arrival.
The equipment will be labeled with your name and the date of your arrival for easy identification.
2) Pick-up Upon Arrival
Upon your arrival at the hotel, simply visit the front desk to pick up your rented mobility equipment.
Our equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
3) End of Rental Return
At the end of your rental period, return the rented equipment to the hotel front desk.
Contact KC Mobility Scooter Rentals via call of text at (913) 775-1098 to inform us that the rented equipment has been turned in.
4) Equipment Inspection and Retrieval
KC Mobility Scooter Rentals will arrive at the hotel to inspect and retrieve the rental equipment later in the day.
We ensure that the equipment is in good condition and ready for the next customer.
