The UnidosUS Annual Conference is one of the largest gatherings of Latinos and allies committed to increasing opportunity and driving social justice for the Latino community.
The event will take place August 5th - August 7th, 2025, at the Kansas City Convention Center.
Guest will be staying at the Loews Kansas City Hotel. The hotel is connected to the convention center, the site of most conference meetings and events.

KC Mobility Scooter Rentals is a veteran owned and family operated business located in Leavenworth, Kansas. We provide Mobility Scooter, Wheelchair, Knee Scooter, Rollator, and Transport chair rentals throughout the Kansas City Metro.

KC Mobility Scooters is thankful for UNIDOSUS providing us the opportunity to be selected as the preferred vendor for the 2025 Annual Conference hosted at the Kansas City Convention Center on 5 - 7 August 2025.
The special pricing below reflect the rental period beginning on 4 August 2025 and ending 8 August 2025.
Mobility Equipment will be delivered to Loews hotel prior to 1:00pm on 4 August 2025 and must be turned in and ready for pick up by 1:00pm on 8 August 2025 at the Loews, Kansas City. If a guest is staying at a hotel other than the Loews, please let us know during the booking process.
Additional days may be booked for a small fee.
